Running a business involves all manner of pressures, largely involving bringing in business and delivering the service. Many business people have previous experience of managing others with an HR department to refer to, employing people without support presents a challenge. Bedrock HR can provide retained services to meet all of your HR management needs including:

A dedicated consultant can work with you and get to know your business and particular challenges that you face.

We can work alongside you on a one off or retained basis, for example one company retains us to provide support for an average of two days per month (needs will vary from month to month) and banks any time not used for future support.

You can buy a number of days a month or year which can be used in a pattern to suit your needs.

My dedicated Bedrock HR Consultant quickly understood our business and the need we have for a reliable HR infrastructure. A staff handbook containing policies and procedures for every circumstance has been put in place and I can deal with staff matters confidently as a result. Our business is growing quickly and having the right people in place and performing to a high standard is essential for our reputation. We are not at the stage yet where we need to employ a dedicated HR professional but with Bedrock HR providing strategic advice and managing all transactional arrangements we have a professional service at a fraction of the cost.
