Employing people is complex, a whole range of circumstances can change, sometimes quickly or whilst you are busy with other aspects of your business. As with finance, marketing and IT, it is advisable to have a clear HR infrastructure to refer to as the need arises. Bedrock HR can develop your HR infrastructure according to your needs, putting in place the policies and procedures that you need now or may need in the future.

Bedrock HR have produced policies and procedures that cover all aspects of people management. Producing a formal HR infrastructure was an iterative process involving detailed conversations with both myself and my partners in order to ensure that we had a structure that met our needs. Once agreed, a personal briefing was provided to each member of staff on the handbook and changes to their employment contract.
